其中以《平安夜》(Silent Night)最為有名。

《平安夜》是奧地利的一個(gè)小地方的小鄉(xiāng)村教會(huì)的神父Joseph Mohr在1816年寫的歌詞，曲作者Franz Gruber是當(dāng)?shù)氐囊晃荒瑹o(wú)聞的音樂(lè)老師。據(jù)說(shuō)當(dāng)時(shí)是因?yàn)樾〗烫玫墓茱L(fēng)琴壞了，所以Mohr神父要Gruber先生為他寫的這首歌譜上用吉它伴奏的曲子應(yīng)急。歌譜后來(lái)由修管風(fēng)琴的人帶出來(lái)，外面的世界才得以知道這首歌。這首歌很快傳開(kāi)受人喜愛(ài)。今天她已經(jīng)幾乎成為圣誕節(jié)的官方“節(jié)歌”。她被譯成許多種文字。上面那個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)就有67種不同語(yǔ)言的105種不同版本的歌詞。
